Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event that your item(s) arrives damaged (broken glass), we will gladly provide a replacement of the exact same item(s) that were damaged at no extra charge.

If this occurs, we've got you covered. Please email us at info@email.com with the following photos as soon as possible:

  1. A photograph clearly showing the damage to the item.
  2. A photo of the packaging, showing all materials used to protect the item.
  3. A photo of the shipping label on the box.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. If an item is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to process a return or replacement. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim, as these situations are beyond our control.
